Shipping Information

To adhere to recommended social distancing we are working with reduced capacity at our sorting hub as keeping our staff safe is our priority. Due to this we are currently aiming to process all orders within 2-4 days.

We now advise all of our customers to allow up to 35 working days to receive delivery of your order if it falls outside our standard delivery window (18-25 working days).

Please be aware due to restricted flight capacity and delays in customs, some orders are taking longer than normal to deliver. We thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.

At Binky List, we keep our shipping fees to a minimum so that you get more bang for your buck! If you spend above RM200, you will qualify for free delivery.

Change of Shipping Address

There is a limited time where we may be able to amend your address before your order is dispatched. If your order status is still “In Transit from the UK”, simply reach out to our customer services team with your order number and new address and they will look into this for you.

Standard Shipping

All products sold on this website come with average delivery times taking 18-25 working days (working days include Monday to Friday and excludes any public holidays).

All items are dispatched directly from authorised brand distributors in the United Kingdom to our sorting hub in Malaysia. Estimated delivery times may vary during peak shopping periods such as the festive seasons, Singles Day, Black Friday, and any shopping campaigns and during public holidays as logistics delivery services and custom offices may not be operating.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once the items have arrived at our sorting hub in Malaysia, and the product has been passed to a local courier.

Order Cancellations and Returns

  1. Item must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  2. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
  3. If you have suffered from an allergic reaction, medical evidence must be provided such as a doctor’s certificate.
  4. We do not issue returns for poor choice.
  5. Cost of returns shall be borne by you. In the event we have sent you the wrong item, we are happy to reimburse you the cost.
  6. Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment.
  7. Depending on your mode of payment, refunds can take up 28 business days to complete.

Order cancellation is subject to the status of your parcel.

  1. If your order status is still “Processing”, you may cancel your order and claim a refund
  2. If your order status is “In Transit from the UK” or “Despatched”, please allow up to 35 working days from the date of purchase to receive your parcel. If you have still not received your parcel within this time, you may claim a refund from us.
  3. Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment.
  4. Depending on your mode of payment, refunds can take up 28 business days to complete.
